During a 30-minute psychiatric medication management follow-up visit, the primary focus is on assessing the your response to your current medication regimen, addressing any side effects, and making necessary adjustments to optimize treatment outcomes.
A 60-minute psychotherapy visit is designed to provide comprehensive support through therapeutic conversation. Your visit may include elements found in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy CBT, solution focused therapy (SFT), or internal family systems (IFS) psychotherapy models. The goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your challenges, gain insight, and build resilience through personalized interventions.
A 30-minute KAP medication management follow-up visit is designed to monitor and optimize the therapeutic effects of ketamine treatment in conjunction with ongoing psychotherapy. This session focuses on assessing your response to ketamine, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and supporting the integration of therapeutic insights gained from the experience.
